Launching a new TV show highlighting the plight of the blue whale, it seemed fairly clear to Jack that we simply had to install a mock whale tail somewhere where you wouldn’t expect to see a whale, like the Serpentine in Hyde Park. This was all over the press as you’d expect, and remains a classic example of what can be done when creatively using the outdoor space.
