Shubbak Festival has become a key moment in the arts calendar of the UK and the Arab World, bringing new and unexpected voices alongside established artists to new audiences every two years. It features a jam-packed programme with over 60 events taking place across London, including sessions covering visual arts, film, music theatre, dance, literature, architecture and debate. This year, Shubbak wanted to push some of the art onto the streets of London via their Breaking Cover initiative. To help bring this to life, Jack worked with the festival organisers to exhibit the colourful and vibrant work of Shaweesh – one of the most exciting emerging artists from the Gulf street art scene. We brightened up the streets of London, by showcasing his work on our sites across London.
